- Onboarding all new associates.
- Records data concerning transfer of employees between departments.
- Prepares periodic reports as needed by department supervisor or Executive Director of earnings, hours worked, and Personal Time Off (PTO).
- Is available to answer employee questions and concerns regarding their paycheck and benefits.
- May assist in the new hire process for staff including pre-employment screening, orientation and processing new hire paperwork.
- Attends all mandatory in-service meetings. Complies with all department and facilitates policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day Administration of pre onboarding associates, Oversee all new hires documentation, I9 compliance
- Create new hire folders and ensures that all employment related documents are retained and stored accordingly
- Manage Human Resources Central Email correspondence
- Manage and assign training courses for all staff, track completion
- Responsible for responding to agency requests (unemployment and disability claims, verification of employment) timely
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Proficient with payroll software/HRIS systems (Paycom and ADP WFN highly desired).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least two years of related experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
